Amber Alert Canceled for 10 Month Old Michigan Girl

The State of Michigan canceled the Amber Alert Thursday afternoon (3-25) after the girl was found safe by the Michigan State Police. The girl's mother and two other people were taken into custody.

The State of Michigan issued the Amber Alert Thursday morning (03-25) after the girl was abducted from her Grandmother's home in Roseville Wednesday evening (03-24). The child had been removed from her mother's custody due to heroin and alcohol use. They are believed to be headed to Jacksonville North Carolina. They may be in the company of Ryan Richard Frederick who is also a known heroin addict.

Rylee Alexaann Folan, a white female, 10 months old, 2' 3", weighing 20 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing pink and brown pants, a pink shirt and a red velvet coat and pink hat. Her ears are pierced..

The suspect is Samantha Lynn Folan, a white female, 5-feet 5-inches tall and about 180 pounds with brown hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt and blue jeans. She has a tattoo of sunflower on the back of her neck, a rose on her right shoulder, "RIP" on her left chest and 'Rylee' with stars on right abdomen. The second suspect is Ryan Richard Frederick, an 18 year old white male.

There is no suspect vehicle at this time.
